Hazelnut Mocha Latte Fudgesicles made with @pranafoods.ca cacao powder and hazelnut butter (their hazelnut butter is organic and comes straight from Italy, so you know it’s the good stuff.)


If you love chocolate, coffee, hazelnuts and ice cream then you are going to love these ice pops made with simple and healthy ingredients. Grab the full recipe below!

Hazelnut mocha layer:
-1 cup full-fat coconut milk
-1 cup unflavoured Greek yogurt
-3 tbsp maple syrup
-shot espresso
-1/4 c cocoa powder
-1/4 cup hazelnut butter
-1 tsp vanilla extract

Vanilla layer:
-1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
-1/2 cup unflavoured Greek yogurt
-1 tbsp maple syrup
-1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  • Mix the ingredients of each layer together in a bowl.

  • Add a few spoons of each layer to your popsicle mold, alternating between the hazelnut mocha layer and vanilla layer until the mold is filled.

  • Use a knife or skewer to swirl the layers together for a marble effect.

  • Add popsicle sticks and place in the freezer overnight.

  • When you’re ready to eat the popsicles run the popsicle mold under warm water for 30-60 seconds to help release the popsicles.
