These blended oats are smooth, thick and taste very similar to cookie dough! If you make them with a scoop of vanilla protein powder they’ll get you 30g+ of protein per serve.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats

  • 3/4 cup milk I use soy

  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder plant-based (optional – see notes)

  • 1/2 tbsp white chia seeds

  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tbsp cashew or almond butter

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • tiny pinch of salt

  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all blended oats ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend for 30-60 seconds or until it is a mostly-smooth, thick consistency.

  2. Transfer to a jar or container, top with chocolate chips and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up. Can be made up to 4 days in advance.

These blended Cookie Dough Oats form a thick batter that is so similar to cookie dough but healthy, filling and a delicious make-ahead breakfast!
