Once you set your mind into making it out of this chaos then you will feel more motivated to work toward that goal. Failure also enables you to be strong and push forward no matter what.

Change the way you look at things 

When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change”- Dr Wayne Dyer. When you change the way you look at the world and transform your negative thoughts, your perception of the world around you, situations, and your relationships. With positive intentions, you can completely alter your life to be brighter and happier.

Meditation

Getting yourself in the quantum field by allowing yourself to think and do good things. The most important thing in this step is to stay in that zone and live with a duality of mind. Live with vibrant health and connect your mind with your body. Being in tune with yourself allows you to clear the mental fog and gain a new, deeper understanding of your life. It’s taking the time to pause, reflect, feel, and breathe!

Give yourself gratitude and have affirmations

Anchor the positivity of what you are feeling because that will keep you going. Using gratitude and affirmations will help you rewire your brain into believing the things you want to happen are already happening. They say the words you speak become the house you live in, so if you are consistently living in gratitude and affirming the things you want in your life to be true, they will be.
