Matcha Tiramisu Overnight Oats 🍵☕

Tiramisu meets matcha, and the result is next level! 😍 Day 43 of Healthy Easy Recipes, and today we’re making Matcha Tiramisu Overnight Oats! (You know we had to do something green for st Patricks day!)

This version takes my classic matcha oats and layers them with yogurt for that classic tiramisu effect—SO creamy and delicious!

Directions:

  • Add the oats, chia seeds, matcha powder, almond milk, coconut milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl or to a jar

  • Mix everything together until well combined.

  • Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.

  • Remove from the fridge and serve alone or with your favourite toppings.
