Another fun, classic cocktail to celebrate the new year with: The Gold Rush
Here’s how to make it at home:
2 oz Irish whiskey
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz honey syrup (or 3/4 oz if you like the sweeter side)
1-2 tsp gold edible glitter
Ice
Garnish: fresh mint
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and double strain over a fresh cube of ice.
Garnish & enjoy!
