For Valentine’s Day, you deserve the finer things & there is nothing finer than this Macaron Martini! 🩷 It’s the perfectly posh dessert cocktail and trust me, it LITERALLY tastes just like a raspberry macaron!

Don’t like raspberry? Swap it out for your favorite jam and make your very own flavored Macaron Martini!

Raspberry Jam
1.5 oz Vodka
0.25 oz Amaretto
0.25 oz Licor 43
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Garnish: Raspberry Macaron

Add raspberry jam, vodka, amaretto, Licor 43, simple syrup & lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake and strain. Then, add your egg white and then dry shake again. Add your ice and shake. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a macaron. Cheers!
