Raspberry cheesecake smoothie!🍰🩷 If you’ve ever wondered how to make a high protein smoothie, let me show you! This raspberry cheesecake smoothie is packed with 40 grams of protein in it and doesn’t compromise on taste!💪🏻
This is just an example of how to pack a smoothie with protein so feel free to leave out any ingredients you don’t want to use. Recipe below!
Smoothie:
1/2 cup cottage cheese (15g protein)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (25g protein)
1 scoop collagen powder (10g protein)
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup milk of choice
Glaze:
-1/2 cup raspberries
Directions:
To make the raspberry glaze blend the raspberries in a small blender.
Set aside.
Then blend all the smoothie ingredients together in a blender to combine.
*Optionally decorate the glass with coconut cream by adding small spoonfuls around the glass.
Then add the raspberry glaze to the bottom of the glass and then fill it up with your smoothie!
