I really loved this one so much!!! I am so, SO happy I joined Patreon recently after listening to most of the episodes all during Covd. While also trying to live a healthier, more active, peaceful life these days, I’ve basically gone through a breakup of a 25 year friendship with a girlfriend. One positive takeaway from covid has really taught me that I no longer want to deal with unnecessary bs, and toxic people just needed to be eliminated from my life, without having to always feel guilty or bad about letting go. But now I’m wondering, how the heck am I going to find some new friends?! Thank you all so very much for everything you do, you really have helped me during some tough times. Also, old people are LIFE!! And I’m going to make that list of friends so I don’t forget about them…such a great idea!

This podcast is packed with so much love and positive energy you can’t help but feel inspired. Incredible guests have me reaching for my notebook every day to write down practical nuggets of wisdom that have pushed me to challenge myself, change and grow. Maria is a one of a kind interviewer who feels so authentic and true. Guests shine and seem more at ease with her and it makes for a unique conversation every time. I love the whole team and the beautiful community they have created!

This has been one of my favorite podcasts since I discovered it over a year ago. I had been meaning to join the Patreon group for months but just never took the time until recently. Today was the first heal event with the Patreon group since I joined and I was blown away by the content and quality of the call. I love this!  Thanks Maria for reminding us all that we matter and how we have something to bring to the table.  I’m so glad you share your experiences that have life lessons to give us new insights.  When I join anything new I always sit quietly and observe for about the first 3 meetings until I get a feel for everyone around me.  This reminds me that I was asked to join for what I can bring to the table.

Thank you for this inspiration!  Feel the fear and do it anyway!  I heard a quote a long time ago that says life begins on the other side of fear.  I appreciate Maria sharing her own experiences with fear.  It’s easy to think that highly successful people don’t deal with fear but they just don’t let it stop them.

Thank you Maria for introducing and sharing Brian to us..It is really hard to find someone like him experience, knowledge, specialty thank god for  technology of zoom it makes it easier to have access to have a therapeutic session.
