Hello EveryGirl!

This past week has been very special to me as I not only took the first step into my 40s, but I also celebrated the one year anniversary of my brain surgery. Each day I wake up & discover something new about who I am & where I’m headed, & I’m loving the journey. Due to a constant state of gratitude, spiritual faith, decision to  surround myself with those who have my best interests at heart & those who lift me, I’ve managed to come out of this stronger than before.
Below are some of the books that have helped me on my journey to self-discovery. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have. I’ll be sending out smaller newsletters more often so if you have any feedback or questions please email the Hello EveryGirl team at conversationswithmaria@gmail.com.
I want you to know how grateful I am to all of you. Your emails and messages continue to bring so much light into my life. Thank you for your continual support, prayers and beautiful messages.

This year marked a few milestones for me. Not only was I closing the door to my 30s, but I was also celebrating the one year anniversary of my brain surgery. Both my birthday & the anniversary took place on my actual birthday (June 8th) so I knew I had to do something very special to celebrate. I kept it intimate– only inviting those I’m closest with so that I could enjoy everyone’s company. With the help of my incredible friends Rachel Zalis & Joe Gear, it went off without a hitch & everyone had a blast! Special thanks to Patron for the delicious drinks & of course for keeping everyone’s thirsts quenched! =)
