Hi friends!! I recently did a Live Event for Macy’s on behalf of our partnership with “Better Together” and hosted a fun segment all about how to build a fun, fall work-chic outfit. When you are going into the office it does NOT have to be boring or bland, spice it up with a statement heel or whatever feels fun to you. I am all about what makes you feel most comfortable and confident, BUT maybe this is your year to push yourself out of your box a little bit.

Jeans
Love the shape of these. Not too high-waised, not too low – so flattering. I love where they hit on the ankle too because they show off whatever shoe you are wearing. I really needed a pair like this to highlight my shoes and I’m obsessed. The light wash is amazing – very work chic, but also perfect for happy hour with the girls when you are off work. To me it says I’m profesh, but fun.
Bodysuit
Fun fact, I actually had to run around the Time Square Macy’s store right before the live event to find something that would pair well under the jeans and blazer because i ordered a bodysuit that was too small ( i have a long torso) and I found this body suit – she saved the day!! It’s so perfect. Everyone needs a classic black bodysuit in their wardrobe, you can wear it in so many ways.
Boyfriend Blazer
This brand, Bar III, is one of my faves at Macy’s right now – they have SO many cute pieces. Kelsey legit saw this on me at the event and bought it right away…ha! It’s such a good blazer. Amazing for work, an event or even spicing up a date night outfit. A good blazer is a MUST and the color of this is to die for. You can also switch this look up with a pair of black leggings and some knee high boots for a more evening sexy look.
Heels
I ran into Betsey Johnson herself (see pic below 😝) while changing into my outfit for the event. She was SO excited that I was rocking her shoes. I was nervous they weren’t going to be super comfortable, but let me tell you they were!! The chunky heel made them so great to stand in. I love a good statement shoe like these to spice up a plain outfit…Thank you Betsey, I am obsessed!!
Bag
Another Betsey Johnson find!! The bag goes so well with the shoes, right?! She is the queen of funky, chic, fun pieces. This telephone bag is so cool without overdoing it, she has a way of going funky, but just enough. This bag just makes me smile, PLUS it’s a good price.
