Meditate and Elevate
We’ve all heard how important meditating is, but if you’re doing a meditation that doesn’t make you feel good you might be making the problem worse. Find meditations that make you smile after you’re done — different things work for different people, but Agapi Stassinopoulos or the Breathing Room app are good places to start. Once you get into a positive state thanks to your meditation, you can use your self care menu to build off of that and keep it up.
