Practice self-compassion

Treat yourself with kindness and understanding, especially when you’re experiencing difficult emotions or facing challenges.

Let go of comparison

Comparing yourself to others can be a source of stress and anxiety. Instead, focus on your own progress and growth, and celebrate your accomplishments.
