Meaghan Trainor can forever be introduced as “Grammy-Winning Artist” Meghan Trainor, and no one can ever take that away from her, a fact she proudly shared with Maria Menounos on her daytime show Better Together today.
In that spirit, let’s discuss “Grammy-Winning Artist” who joined Maria on her daytime show Better Together to talk about her journey from up-and-coming singer/songwriter, to, bona fide pop music sensation.

Meghan was surprisingly candid about her journey to betterment and self-actualization, especially around the topic of money.
“My business manager is like, “you literally spend no money.’ And I was like ‘you sure? My Amazon’s getting up there!’ And she’s like, ‘no, no, you literally spend no money. I would just be aware of your flights.'” Trainor explained that she LOVES to travel with class. She’s loved the opportunity to treat her family to “bougie” flight opportunities, and she only flies first class.
But hey, she’s earned it. Meghan was open about her journey to empowerment, and accessing feelings of deservedness as she makes big decisions. For example, after being forced to singing “All About That Bass” despite having other huge chart-toppers like “Lips Are Moving,” at the VMAs, she’s decided she doesn’t want to return unless she has more creative control and freedom over what she’ll get to produce. “I’ve never talked about the VMAs like that, and I know someone might be upset, but I don’t care I don’t care if, I like ever go to the VMAs again.”

We love seeing Meaghan’s unadulterated boldness, and we’re excited to see her continue to grow on her journey as she continues to reign as one of Pop’s most important icons! What are your thoughts on the incredible Meghan/Maria convo? Let us know in the comments below!
