3 Perfect Emotional Wellness Tips From Reiki Master Patti Penn

Patti Penn Raiki Healer - Better Together with Maria Menounos

As one of the central voices in 2018 acclaimed HEAL Documentary (watch now on Netflix!) Reiki master Patti Penn is an important voice in the energy healing community. As the world wrestles with the ever increasing threat of a global pandemic, Patti’s valuable emotional wellness and energy techniques could change your life. Below are three important Reiki principles that you can implement into your own life, today!

Value Consideration Above Kindness

Many self-help gurus stress the value of kindness to help building community, by Patti Penn identifies an important distinction. “More than kindness,” she says, “consideration is of the utmost importance right now. You don’t know where people are going. They could be going to the hospital. They could be going to get a test that they’re worried about. I think we need to take a step back to the from the kindness first and just be considerate of others. We don’t know other people’s experiences of what they’re going through right now and they don’t know yours.”

Change Starts On The Inside

As we experience growth, it’s tempting to want to purge our challenging friends or professional situation, but the most important work around growth starts with us. Patti says that by changing our values, priorities, and points of attraction, we’ll vibrate an energy that will not be contemptible with toxic forces in our lives, and our toxic relationships will purge themselves.

It is now time for us to decide to chart a course for something higher, a higher love, what is going to get you high on life, what is hi resolution visions for you. Is the gratitude a of life seem a little higher, is seeing friends in person a natural high, is finally your mission the high you are want to get high on. You Are Your Own Permission Slip

Many folks, women especially, feel like they need “permission slips” before they can make major changes in their life, but Patti is adamant that the only people who can give us permission to make big changes in our life, are ourselves! Patti offers, “People often need some permission, so they’re waiting to be anointed by something or someone. It might be because that was the message you received as a woman maybe that was the message you received as a person of color, you know? These are the things that we’re overcoming now. You have to collapse it. You have to collapse this need within you that is buying in to the excuse that you need permission, because that’s another disguise for fear.”
